At Eye Focus, we take the time to listen to our patients. Eye wellness starts with overall wellness. Many people don’t realize how interconnected their eyes are with the rest of their body. By focusing on the person oppose to just the problem, we are able to see great results. We work with you to identify areas in your life where small changes could have an impact on your eye health. We will discuss nutrition, physical activity, lifestyle choices as an important and integrated part of your treatment to maximize your visual potential. Small improvements in eye health can have dramatic impacts on overall quality of life. Every patient is different, and for that reason we conduct thorough tests to ensure that our treatment recommendations are based on good, accurate information.

Our Team
Dr. Karen Lee
Optometrist / Owner
Native to Burlington, Dr. Karen Lee, owner and optometrist has participated in numerous global eye care missions serving underprivileged communities in India, Ecuador, Peru, Thailand, Mexico, China, Nicaragua. Prior to her return to Burlington, Dr. Lee practiced in Chicago, providing eye health and vision exams for the Chicago Public School system. She later transitioned to Vancouver practicing full scope optometry at a private practice setting and surgical co-management for eye disease and vision correction.
Dr. Lee received her Doctorate of Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry. She is the recipient of several awards for leadership in the Optometric profession from the American Academy of Optometry and the American Optometric Association. She completed her internships at Lake City VAMC delivering primary care and low vision eye care to Veterans, as well as the School of Optometry and Ophthalmology W.M.C. Eye Hospital, Wenzhou Medical College concentrating on emergency and surgical care related to eye trauma and disease.
Dr. Lee is passionate about eye care with the focus to redefine the eye care and eye wear experience.
McKenzie has a warm and delightful personality. She is very personable and loves interacting and assisting patients to provide the best possible customer service! She is a hardworking student at the University of Guelph studying Bio-medical Science. She loves competing in various sports. In her spare time you can find McKenzie playing with her puppy, Oliver.

Vivian has a cheerful and friendly personality which immediately puts people at ease. She is delightful and has excellent bedside manner from checking in patients to pre-testing to finding that perfect pair of glasses. She is studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist.
